HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE

To ship an item back to LeisureLetics please:
  1. Indicate whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  2. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
  3. Pack your item(s) and a note with invoice number into the a return bag/cardboard box and affix the mailing label.
  4. Mail your package:

POLICY

  1. Items purchased from LeisureLetics are eligible for a full refund if returned within 21 days of purchase. 
  2. A small number of heavily discounted items and/or speciality products may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
  3. A $25 restocking fee will be charged only for subscriptions service returns
  4. Refunds must be refunded to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will give you online store credit.
  5. You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
  6. LeisureLetics will cover the shipping back to the customer.


CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

SWIMWEAR
For the safety of our customers we do not accept returns on swimwear. Please contact customer support if you have a question about sizing. 

TOPS 
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

 

TRACKING 

All orders will be issued a tracking number and will be sent on leaving the LeisureLetics warehouse to the email provided. 

 

REFUNDS

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

 

AUTHENTICITY/WARRANTY

LeisureLetics only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and created by our designers. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. Products subject to distressing as part of the styling are also subject to increased chance of defect and do tend to wear out faster than normal.

Customers are welcome to return any item they are unhappy with.
